Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
- South Africa: 7-14 business days
- International: 14-21 business days
International Shipping We ship internationally to selected countries. International orders are shipped via DHL Express and typically take 10–21 business days to arrive. A flat shipping rate of R320–R350 applies to all international orders.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Prices are displayed in ZAR; your bank or PayPal will convert to your local currency at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@nextgenkidswear.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
